* There will be no morning and afternoon bus on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday this week because of required bus driver training.
* On Friday, Ms. Hook's 1st and 2nd grade class and Ms. Ashton's 3rd and 4th grade class will go on a field trip to Star Cross to observe native plant and animal species.
* Next year’s school calendar will be sent home this week. By providing it early, we encourage families to schedule trips, appointments, and other events outside of school days whenever possible to help students avoid missing valuable learning time.

This morning, we initiated a Code Black at school after a nearby farmer reportedly fired a gun into the air. Students and staff were never at risk, and the Code Black was conducted as a precaution to ensure everyone’s safety. Thank you for your understanding as we take every measure to keep our school community safe.
